Power Outage
Our dedicated phone number, 234-0000, allows you to quickly notify us of your power outage, 24 hours a day. In the case of an emergency or hazardous condition, call 911. You will need the NES account number, meter number or phone number associated with your account in order for the system to recognize your outage. Also, there is an option to speak your address if the numbers do not work. When you call, the system uses your phone number to access your records and issue a work order. It's important to have a specific telephone number for each and every account you have with NES. If something changes, please update your information with Customer Relations at 615-736-6900. If you are calling from a number that isn't on the account, you will need to enter the correct phone number into the system when you call. You may request a call back to verify that power has been restored. The call back will be placed to the phone number associated with the outage location.
