Energy Assistance
Project HelpProject Help provides emergency energy assistance to elderly, disabled and low-income customers who cannot afford to pay their electric bill. The funds are administered by NeedLink Nashville (formerly Big Brothers of Nashville). Simply add $1 or more to your monthly NES bill by completing the Project Help Donation Form online or by calling NES Customer Relations at 615-736-6900. One-hundred percent of the contributions go directly to assist individuals with their heating bills. Energy AdsEnergy Ads funds are distributed to two Nashville area non-profit agencies: NeedLink Nashville and Ladies of Charity. You'll find these money-saving coupons right inside your electric bill each month. By using Energy Ads, you are helping someone who otherwise couldn't afford to pay for electric service during the summer months.
