Don’t become a victim to utility payment scams.

NES employees always carry proper identification and never call or go door-to-door to request personal information such as bank account numbers. If you have doubts about the legitimacy of a request, contact NES at 736-6900.

NES E-bill

Paperless billing with NES E-bill offers a secure, convenient way to pay your bill.

·         View and pay my bill online.

·         Access 13 months of detailed billing and payment history.

·         Receive convenient text message alerts with E-bill notifications and payment reminders.

·         Set up automatic payments through AutoPay and avoid late fees.

 

Register for NES E-bill or Log In to your E-bill account.

After enrolling, you will receive your bill via email.  It looks like the paper version you are used to getting in the mail, but it is generated in an electronic format.  To learn more about NES E-bill, check out our list of Frequently Asked Questions.

One-Time Payment

Use a credit/debit card or electronic check to make a one-time-payment.  Available only for residential and small commercial customers (less than 15,000 kWh per month).  The processing company charges a $2.25 fee for this service.

Pay Through Your Financial Institution

Use your financial institution's online services to pay your electric bill.  (Note: It may take several days for your payment to post to your NES account.)
