NES E-bill is Improving!

Things might look a little different the next time you use NES E-bill. That’s because we’ve made enhancements and added new options that will make viewing and paying your bill even easier:

• Convenient text message alerts with E-bill notifications and payment reminders
• Up to 13 months of detailed billing history
• Improved AutoPay settings to give you even more control over your payments
• And more!

Be on the lookout for important account information when you receive your next E-bill notification.

Register for NES E-bill or Log In to your E-bill account.

After enrolling, you will receive your bill via email.  It looks like the paper version you are used to getting in the mail, but it is generated in an electronic format.  To learn more about NES E-bill, check out our list of Frequently Asked Questions.

Environmental Benefits of Going Paperless

One-Time Payment

Use a credit/debit card or electronic check to make a one-time-payment.  Available only for residential and small commercial customers (less than 15,000 kWh per month).  The processing company charges a $3.95 fee for this service.

Pay Through Your Financial Institution

Use your financial institution's online services to pay your electric bill.  (Note: It may take several days for your payment to post to your NES account.)
