If You Don't Pay
Reconnection of Service
Once service is established, you will be billed monthly. The billing period is no less than 28 days and no more than 34 days, unless there are unusual circumstances between two regularly scheduled meter readings. If we are unable to read your meter we may estimate your usage. The bill will clearly indicate that the amount is estimated.
If you believe your meter isn't working properly it can be tested for accuracy. Call Customer Service at 615-736-6900. There is a $30 test charge unless the meter is found to be incorrect. Learn more: Read My Meter.
