The Commercial Energy Advice and Incentives Program (CEAI) offers varying levels of facility energy assessments to help make informed energy-saving investment decisions.  Financial assistance is also available for projects that help reduce power consumption during TVA’s peak period.

TVA Fast Cash, for small businesses and industries with no demand charge, offers simple incentives for efficient lighting and HVAC systems.  

PowerWise for Commercial Customers

The online PowerWise tool helps you easily analyze where your energy dollars are going and do side-by-side comparisons from month to month or from the previous year.

Growth Credits

We are here for every leap in growth. If you are expanding or moving to the Tennessee Valley, the Enhanced Growth Credit Program offers substantial credits on your power bill.

Standby Service
