With Residential Services, homeowners can increase the comfort level of their home and save money on energy costs while earning rebates on qualified energy-efficiency upgrades.

Here's How It Works

STEP 1 - Register online or over the phone.

Simply visit, residential programs or call 1-855-237-2673 to get started.


STEP 2 - Choose a quality contractor to get started making energy-efficiency improvements.

TVA maintains a list of Quality Contractor Network (QCN) members that are available in your area to perform the necessary upgrades. You can search for members online at residential programs or by calling 1-855-237-2673.


STEP 3 - Get a FREE Residential Services evaluation of your home and a quality assurance inspection.

A certified energy advisor will visit and evaluate your home to provide a customized list of the upgrades available. Work performed by the QCN member will be inspected for quality assurance.


Your Residential Services evaluation will include a detailed report containing:

  • A customized list of recommended energy efficiency upgrades that can be made over time
  • A list of rebates for all qualified energy efficiency upgrades
  • Photos of the areas evaluated
