Flexible Account Management

Instead of calling customer service, get ready to access user-friendly self-service features online for starting, stopping, and transferring service.

Quicker Service Restoration

Say goodbye to waiting to speak to a representative. Our new real-time payment posting system will post payments to your account immediately and allow you to quickly restore your service after payment without delays. No need to call in!

Budget Billing Enhanced 

Now less surprises from your NES bill thanks to Budget Billing. The program is now more user- and wallet-friendly. Budget Billing creates fixed monthly payments that are calculated based on last year's usage and evaluated regularly to avoid an unexpected settlement at the end of the year.

Simplified Property Manager Accounts

NES is improving property manager accounts to make things simpler and more efficient for customers with multiple accounts. Learn more

Things to Note:   

  • All customers will receive a new account number, will be included on your April bill.
  • Landlords will have only two accounts. One for residential meters and one for commercial meters.
  • Please use your new account number right away.
  • You can use your old account number until May 15, 2025.
